All load-bearing structures of the house are of monolithic concrete. The foundations are polar. The walls of the underground parking are monolithic. The floor is monolithic as well.
The roof the house is flat and insulated according to the legal requirements for construction and building. The roofing is a two-layer roll with internal rainwater drainage system. Also, inlet heating is installed.
Outside walls are of A+ class, with structural plaster finish and clinker tiles.
The interior partitions between the apartments rooms are 75 mm metal frames with sound insulation and cover of two layers plasterboard on both sides.
The entire area of each apartment has a cement floor leveling base with sound insulation.
The windows installed in the apartments are of A+ class. These are high quality 3 glass plastic windows that provide the excellent heat and sound insulation.
Entrance doors to each apartment is of „Armor” type.
The balconies of the apartments are of concrete slabs. Metal fences are installed in the front part of the balconies.

Around the house
Pavements are of paving stones, as well as entrances to the yard. The children’s playground is mounted in the yard, also the benches, garbage bins, yard lighting.
Modern air-water heating pump „Daikin” is installed in the house. Hot water is prepared at the heating station of the house. The apartments have underfloor heating with a collector cabinet.
Each apartment is equipped with an individual wall recuperator. The system will provide the living space with fresh air, protection against dust entering the windows, prevent the accumulation of moisture and save heating costs.
Electricity distribution panel with automatic switches, relays, etc. is installed in the apartments. Voltage is connected to the mains. Cables are routed to the sockets and switch boxes. The cable and mounting box for connecting the electric stove are installed. The bathroom units are equipped with a mounting box for the socket of the electric towel dryer.
Water supply is connected to the city’s main networks. Water supply pipelines are installed up to the sanitary unit and routed to the location for sanitary devices specified in the project. In the kitchen areas, they are installed up to the location for the planned plumbing devices.
Sewage system is connected to the city’s main networks. Domestic sewage stands are installed. The pipelines are routed to the planned devices for sanitary units. In order to ensure the designed slope of the pipelines, the sewage pipelines can be raised above the leveling layer.
Fire alarm system is installed in the apartments. The entire territory is equipped with a video surveillance system. The apartments have an installation for a security system.
The connection to the fiber optic internet. The cables for entrance to it are routed in each apartment.
